Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of cardboard.sg and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
cardboard.sg is operated by Cardboard Collective Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202635416D), a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 ("Cardboard Collective", "we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@cardboard.sg.
We sell sealed trading card game products. Cardboard Collective is the seller of the items listed on this site and is responsible to you for your order.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. An account is required to check out — we do not offer guest checkout. You are responsible for keeping your account details and any one-time passcode secure, and for orders placed through your account.
Please give accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the address or mobile number given was wrong.
3. Products, prices and availability
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are the final price payable for the item. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. Cardboard Collective is not GST-registered; no GST is charged on your order and we do not issue tax invoices.
Product images are illustrative. Sealed products are supplied exactly as sealed by the manufacturer; the specific cards inside any sealed pack, box or bundle are random and are determined by the manufacturer, not by us.
Stock shown on the site is our best information at the time, but items can sell out between your order and our confirmation. We may limit the quantity of any item per customer or per order — the limit is shown on the product page where one applies.
We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you before doing so.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and payment has been received and verified.
Orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, changes or substitutions. Please check your order carefully before paying — quantity, variant, language and delivery address. Where we agree to any change or cancellation, we do so at our sole discretion, as a one-off, and it does not create any right to the same treatment again.
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example where stock is unavailable, a purchase limit has been exceeded, the price or product details were clearly wrong, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect resale sweeping, multiple accounts or fraud. Where we cancel, we refund you in full for the cancelled items, and that refund is your sole remedy.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Where payment is made by bank transfer or PayNow, please quote the order reference given to you. We release goods only after payment is received and verified in our account.
Orders left unpaid for 24 hours may be cancelled and the stock released for sale. We are under no obligation to reinstate a lapsed order, or to honour the original price or allocation.
Any deposit or pre-order arrangement is offered only where it is stated on the product page, and the terms shown there apply to it, including where a deposit is stated to be non-refundable.
6. Delivery and collection
Shipping within Singapore is a flat S$10 per order, free for orders above S$500. We ship to Singapore addresses only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on our courier. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us, or when you collect them.
If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available or the details given were wrong, any redelivery may be chargeable.
For orders to be collected in person, we’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please arrange to collect your order within 14 days of this notification. Collection is by appointment and subject to mutual availability.
If you’re unable to collect within 14 days, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate a reasonable extension. Orders left uncollected for an extended period without prior arrangement may be subject to additional terms or alternative fulfilment arrangements.
7. Returns and refunds
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Payment disputes
If something has gone wrong with an order, contact us first at contact@cardboard.sg and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without doing so, or in circumstances covered by our Refund & Returns Policy, may result in your account being suspended and future orders declined. Where a dispute is resolved in our favour, we may recover the costs we incur in responding to it.
9. Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to place fraudulent orders, to circumvent purchase limits (including by using multiple accounts), or to interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend or close an account and cancel outstanding orders where this happens.
10. Intellectual property
Magic: The Gathering and related names, logos and card images are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Other product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Cardboard Collective is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast or any other rights holder. Our own site content, branding and photography remain ours.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. In particular, we are not liable for the market value, resale value or contents of sealed product — the value of trading cards fluctuates and pack contents are random.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
